Port Harcourt born Brigadier General Woriboye Dick Iruenabere (rtd), is an astute military officer and dogged security chief. He had his early education in Port Harcourt in the 60s and early 70s. The Brigadier General has double Masters in Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice, International Affairs and Strategic Studies. He is a Fellow - African Business School, National Defense University, China and holds certificates in Defense and Strategic Studies, Management, etc. Brig Gen Iruenabere who was commissioned as a pure Infantry officer in the rank of Lieutenant on the 15th of December 1982. He served in various Battalions, Brigades, Divisions, Training Institutions, United Nations, Army Headquarters, Defence Headquarters. He served variously as Intelligence Officer, Adjutant, Commanding Officer, Commander, Staff Officer, Instructor, Director. He had several decorations including Forces Service Star, Meritorious Service Star, Distinguished Service Star, Silver Jubilee medal, United Nations Medal (UNAVEM), ECOMOG medal etc. He is also conferred with Justice of Peace (JP).
The General is a philanthropist; also loves fishing and watching football. He is married to Ufuoma and blessed with four lovely children. He retired from the military 30th September 2010 as a Brigadier General. He is at present the CEO of Dickitoson Universal Resources Ltd.
Uche Mike Chukwuma had his primary education at Sacred Heart School, Diobu, Port Harcourt before proceeding to the prestigious Government Comprehensive Secondary School, Borokiri, Port Harcourt. Thereafter, he enlisted into the Nigeria Polic Force where he had his training as a recruit constable at the Police College, Uwani, Enugu State.
The quest for improved education took him to the University of Nigeria, Nsukka where he majored in Public Administration under the Department of Political Science. He moved on to the Institute of Public Policy & Administration, University of Calabar where bagged a Graduate Diploma before crowning it with a Master's as well as Ph.D in Public Administration.
He enrolled with the College of Continuing Education, University of Port Harcourt and obtained Advanced Diploma in Security Management, as well as Law Enforcement & Criminology, crowning both certificates with Distinction. Uche Chukwuma didn't stop at that, he went further and bagged an M.Sc. as well as a Ph.D respectively in Security Management.
In order to continue to wet his appetite for education, he took up the next challenge - this time on the International stage where he bagged an International Diploma in National Development from the Political Warfare Bureau, National Defence College, Beitou, Taipei, Republic of China. He's also a recipient of many awards - a Member of the Nigerian institute of Public Relations, Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria, Fellow Academy of Corporate Management and Strategic Planning, Fellow Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, Fellow National Defence College Taipei, Republic of China.
He has also held several sensitive positions in the Nigeria Police Force - some of which include: Public Relations Officer and Provost of the Rivers State Police Command. He also served as DPO in several volatile communities like Okrika, Onne, Abua/Odual, Bori - Ogoni, Borikiri and Ahoada.
Chukwuma was one time Commander Nigeria-Niger Joint Border Patrol, Kamba, Kebbi State and Nigeria-Benin Republic Joint Border Patrol, Seme.
He was also second-in-Command in the Port Harcourt Area Command and Operations Department, Akwa-Ibom State Police Command. He also later acted in same capacity at the Rivers State Police Command before moving to head the Swift Operations Squad of the Rivers State Police Command.
He is happily married with children; Chukwuma has authored several books and novels - The Noble Cop and the Pains of War. Other books written by Dr. Uche M. Chukwuma are: How Indirect Rule Underdeveloped Nigeria, Professionalism, Reform and the Nigeria Police Force. Alfred Diette-Spiff and many others.

She is passionate about Company Law, Civil Law, Risk Analysis, and issues affecting the Legal Industry. Prior to her appointment as the Secretary/Legal Adviser of the Board, Rivers State Neighbourhood Safety Corps Agency (RIVNESCA), she was working with the Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Rivers State Ministry of Justice, Port Harcourt as his Personal Assistant. She has also worked with Boms & Boms Chambers, Port Harcourt.
Nma is a graduate of Law from the reputable Rivers State University of Science & Technology (RSUST) - now Rivers State University. And holds Master's degree (LLM) in Law from the prestigious University of West England, Bristol, United Kingdom.
She is a trained Security Consultant and Analyst, a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Port Harcourt Branch.

Dennis Abiye Amachree, holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin (1978), a Master's degree from the California State University (1980) and the ASIS Certificate for Security Executives from the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania (2010) in the United States of America.
Mr. Amachree retired from the Nigerian State Security Services (SSS) as Assistant Director (Investigations & Intelligence) in 1999 and went into Industrial Security, where he worked for Halliburton Energy Services, as Security Manager. In 2006 he moved to Addax Petroleum Development Company Nigeria Limited as Country Security Manager, responsible for Maritime Security, Executive Protection, Loss Prevention and Security Management. In 2012 he moved again to General Electric Company (GE), as the first Senior Regional Security Director for Sub-Sahara Africa. During his years in GE, he traversed Sub-Sahara African countries, building the security infrastructures where GE has footprints. He started the security departments in Angola, South Africa, Mozambique, Tanzania, Kenya, Ethiopia, Senegal, Ivory Coast and Cameroun. He retired from GE in 2014 and started Zoomlens Security Solutions, a security consultancy in Lagos.
Mr. Amachree was Chairman of American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS International), Nigeria Chapter 206 in 2000. He was later appointed the Regional Vice President (Region 44 - West & Central Africa) in 2006. Dennis is a Fellow of many professional security institutions and the current President of the Security Strategic Group (SSG). He has received many awards in the security industry and the Nigerian National Honours Award of Member of the Order of the Niger (MON). Mr. Amachree is married and have children and grand-children.
Chief JOHN Casca Ogosu JP, FNIPR. Was born October 24th, 1957 at Onne in Eleme Local Govt Area of Rivers State. He had his primary education at Onne his home town, Enugu, Aba and Port Harcourt with FSLC in 1972. Secondary school at BMGS BORI (1973-77), Diploma, General Agriculture 1984. Bsc Agric Education 1987.

Chief Casca has attended several professional conferences within and outside the country. He has presented over 40 professional and other papers within and outside the country. He has traveled widely within the East and West African Sub regions, Europe and the Americas. He is the national grand patron of the Rivers State Youth Federation and holds the traditional chieftaincy title of Dorubasi of Onne. A Justice of the Peace and fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations. He is happily married with children.

Mrs Chikeka graduated from the prestigious University Port Harcourt, and she's a successful international business mogul.
Anthony Uzo Ozurumba
Anthony hails from Ogbele Community in Ahoada East LGA of Rivers State. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science & Master's degree in Business Administration. He has over twenty years cognate experience - spanning through National Youth Service Corps NYSC till date. His exposure led him to acquire practical skills in conflict resolution/arbitration and management of private/public affairs with a strong bias for security, logistics, and sustainable development initiatives.
Mr. Uzo is a Member, Police Community Relations Committee (PCRC since 2005); Member, Nigeria institute of Management (NIM PH Chapter); A Catholic Knight (Knight of St. Mulumba since 2008), and Justice of the Peace (Rivers State since 2010). He is happily married to Lady Rose Ozurumba and has a daughter Engr. Lucia Ozurumba.
Professor Emenike Nyeche Wami

Emenike Nyeche Wami is a 1974 MSc graduate in Petrochemical Engineering, Gubkin Institute of Petrochemical and Gas Industries, Moscow; and has PhD in Chemical Engineering in 1979, from Imperial College, London. He is the first person from the old Rivers State to obtain a PhD in Chemical Engineering. He is a Professor of Chemical Engineering, Past Editor in-Chief, Journal of Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers, and currently the Immediate Past National President of Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineering.
Prof E. N. Wami has held many positions in the academia, society and the industry some of which are: the first Nigerian Head of Chemical/Petrochemical Engineering Department, (1984-1987), Dean of Post Graduate Studies, (2004 - 2005); Dean of Faculty of Engineering, (2001 - 2004 & 2009 - 2011), all in Rivers State University of Science and Technology (RSUST), Port Harcourt; from 2013 - Feb, 2016, a Visiting Professor and Dean Faculty of Engineering, Federal University Wukari, Taraba State. Rector Rivers state Polytechnic, Bori,(1994 - 1998). He was Elected Chairman (Mayor), Port Harcourt Local Government Area (1987-1989); member, Governing Councils of RSUST (2003 - 2005; 2006 - 2011) and Rivers State College of Education (2002 - 2005); member Rivers State Development Blueprint Committee(1990) and many others too numerous to list in this citation.
He has led and served in many National University Commission (NUC) and COREN Accreditation Teams to numerous Universities. For many years, he led National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) teams for resource inspection to many Polytechnics all over the country. He was a member, National Assembly Committee for Recruitment of Projects Coordinator of the Policy Analysis and research projects (PARP) and many others. For many years, he has been ExternalPost Graduate Programs Examiner for National and International Universities and also Professorial Assessor in Chemical Engineering to many Universities.
Prof. Emenike Nyeche Wami is a professional chemical Engineer and Scientist with vast experience cutting across the industry and academia, has many learned publications to his credit. He consults for many companies on pollution and waste management, oil and gas engineering field development studies. He is the Vice Chairman, Del-Sigma Petroleum Nig.
